Moon Dog World Brewery Is An Out Of This World Adults❜ Playground

It's one small step for man, one giant leap of the fun-kind. Moon Dog World is one part brewery and one part tropical oasis for grown-ups.

The Melbourne-born brewery Moon Dog has expanded and it's the stuff of our dreams. Not only is it home to 72 different types of beer on tap, it now has a beer garden, a hidden tiki bar, a lagoon and waterfall complete with deck chairs and hammocks, pinball machines, a fenced playground for kids (and big kids), a retractable roof and a killer menu that includes plenty of options for vegans and coeliacs. 

It can hold up to 725 people in a massive warehouse that's longer end-to-end than the Melbourne Cricket Ground. 

Brewing Up A Storm

After years of brewing within the walls of Duke Street, Abbotsford, Moon Dog needed a bigger space to brew more beer in keeping up with the growing demand. Their new Preston site is like a man-cave on steroids. Word of warning, before you put on your swimmers, the shallow lagoon is purely for "decoration" so enjoy the view but don't dive in. 

Still, we think it sounds pretty crafty!
