Hark the herald angels sing! A new Royal Baby is here.

Meghan Markle has given birth to a baby boy at 5.26am (UK time) Monday May 6!

The Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry announced the news today with a beaming Prince Harry said they were "absolutely thrilled" and thanked the public for their support.

Buckingham Palace said the baby weighed 7lbs 3oz (3.2kg), and that Harry was present for the birth.

Baby Sussex is the first child for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the first grandchild for Meghan's mum Doria Ragland.

What's The Royal Baby's Name?

While Megan and Harry haven't given away the name of their royal sprog just yet, bookies have gone into overdrive with predictions. British betting agency William Hill said the odds-on favourite names are Arthur or Edward for a boy.

Prince Harry and Meghan's baby is seventh in line to the throne behind cousins George, Charlotte and Louis.
