ESCA Hospitality Group has opened a new Henrietta in Bondi, bringing its cult charcoal chicken and modern Middle Eastern flavours to the beachside ‘hood.

Following the success of its Surry Hills and Parramatta venues, Henrietta Bondi delivers the same fire-led cooking fans love, with a lighter, fresher menu tailored to the coastal lifestyle. Expect Lebanese classics with an Aussie twist from executive chef Ibrahim Kasif, including the signature 24-hour marinated charcoal chicken, vibrant salads and share-style favourites, alongside new menu additions and a $49 banquet showcasing Henrietta heroes.
