1. Providoor

Sydney Providoor
Takeaway with a top-tier twist; Providoor has come to Sydney and the line-up of restaurants available is officially mouth-watering!

In response to Sydney's extended lockdown, premium finish-at-home meal-delivery platform Providoor has just launched; delivering dishes prepared by some of Sydney's most popular and iconic restaurants. Born in Melbourne as a result of the city's string of 2020 lockdowns, Providoor gives you the chance to enjoy the experience of a meal out, without having to go—well...out.

The platform offers Sydney-siders a great opportunity to support the industry, and it allows restaurants to preserve the quality of their food during the delivery process without having to pay excessive fees to third-party delivery providers, who often take a whopping 35 percent commission; whereas Providoor takes only 15 percent. The food is expertly prepared by chefs in the restaurant’s kitchens before being delivered via cold freight to the customer, who then puts the finishing touches on each dish before serving. Orders are taken by 4 pm for next-day delivery in Sydney Metro, regional NSW and even Canberra!

So—which restaurants are on the Providoor agenda?! You can currently order from the likes of The Apollo, Monopole, Cirrus, Rockpool @ Home and CicciaBella, with even more restaurants set to be added to the line-up in the near future.
