A Celebrity Chef Is Opening A New Restaurant On The Sydney Harbour Bridge

Location, location, location - it doesn't get much better than this!

Acclaimed Australian chef, Luke Mangan, is set to open the ultimate sky-high destination restaurant next month in one of the most unique spots - on the southeast sandstone pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, a mere 87 metres above sea level.

The lookout level of the harbour city's most iconic landmark will be home to Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout: an exclusive dining experience that seats just 20 patrons along one long communal dining table, boasting the most sensational twilight view as the sun sets across the city.

Diners will ascend a lofty 200 stairs to enter the eatery and part with an eye-watering $295 per person to dine on a signature three-course feast showcasing fresh local ingredients.

Expect NV Penfolds x Thienot Champagne and canapes on arrival, a menu of culinary delights including oysters, sashimi, seared beef fillet and a soft meringue dessert, coupled with none other than Penfolds Grange. See the sample menu.

The intimate once-in-a-lifetime dining experience also includes a welcome reception with a mocktail in the lower lever event space, with a short personalised tour of the Pylon Lookout & Museum.

Finally bringing the much-anticipated project to life, the celebrity chef's bold new venture will open its doors next month! Luke's Table at the Pylon Lookout will be open every Thursday and Friday evening from 17 November to 22 December 2022, then reopening in January 2023 with more dates to follow.
