A Giant Adventure Playground Is Being Built In This Sydney Suburb

If you live in South-West Sydney and have littlies that are bursting with rambunctious energy, consider this your lucky day.
It’s been announced that Casula Parklands will soon become home to the region’s most impressive adventure playground yet; spanning a 15-hectare site of an old golf course that will also host picnic facilities, a sculpture walk, accessible play area, off-leash dog park and parking.
As for the play facilities themselves; it looks like they’re going to be second to none. We’re talking a flyingfox, 8-metre tall skywalk, a tunnel slide and a Ninja Training Circuit.
The $4million dollar project is committed to making the banks of the Georges River more accessible for residents, through more playgrounds and walkways along the foreshore. Not only is the park great news for the residents of Casula, it’s also going to attract people from other areas to spend the day in Liverpool with the whole family.
The site is set to undergo its transformation from September 2018, and will hopefully be completed by next June, with sections being progressively re-opened to the public as and when they’re ready. Get ready for some serious playtime, folks!
