The Treetop Walk
Take a walk through the treetops. This is a 1.5km walk through the beautiful warm temperate rainforest with 500 metres of steel walkway nestled in the treetop canopy some 20-30 metres above the ground.

The walkway also features a spiral tower known as “Knights Tower” that rises to a breathtaking 45 metres above the forest floor. At the top, you are met with a picture-perfect view over the Illawarra Escarpment with stunning views out to the Pacific Ocean. At the start and end of the Treetop Walk, there are two gently swaying cantilevers that take guests to the edge of the escarpment, the second featuring incredible ocean and mountain views.

The Zipline Tour
Looking to continue the family fun? Experience the Illawarra Fly Zipline Tour, as you fly on a series of cable spans and navigate suspension bridges up to 35 metres above the forest floor.  Their experienced guides control all departures and arrivals whilst providing you with an insight into the forest’s history. The Zipline Tour includes access to the Treetop Walk so you can truly immerse yourself in the natural environment. Suitable for ages 4 and up, it’s the perfect “my first zip” experience and something the whole family can enjoy.

The entire experience can take up to 2.5 hours as it includes the self-guided Treetop Walk before or after your Zipline Tour.

Getting There
Illawarra Fly is in the Southern Highlands, just outside the small village of Robertson. It’s roughly an hour and a half drive from Sydney either along the coast via Wollongong or straight down the Hume Highway.
