Woollahra Libraries has cancelled all events and has closed until further notice.
Woollahra Council has three fantastic libraries for you to enjoy. Woollahra Library at Double Bay, Paddington and Watsons Bay Libraries.
Woollahra Library at Double Bay
Double Bay’s landmark library and community hub has been cleverly designed over three levels. From quiet study nooks, to interactive kid zones and buzzing event spaces, the Library combines the latest technology with a range of exciting programs and services.
This library isn’t just about books – there’s a Secret Garden, the Beehive for arts and crafts, interactive floor projection games and even a slippery dip! This three storey next-generation space was designed to expand those little imaginations and the children’s area on level 1 was built for fun (the quiet zones are way up on level 3!).
In the heart of Paddington, this Library is open 7 days per week (Sunday’s as a trial period until January 2020) with a Story Time on the last Sunday of the month.
Watsons Bay Library
Set on the beautiful Sydney Harbour, with a café next door and a park at the front door, this is a library to come and spend a lovely morning in. You are welcome to join this community at the extremely popular Rhyme Time on Thursdays at 10am and 10.30am and Story Time on Tuesdays at 10.30am.
