Well, we have just the thing to get you into party mode. The truly magnificent Sydney Town Hall is being turned into a vibrant wonderland of music, colour, creativity, connection and dance where the whole family can come together for a magical experience!

Sydney Town Hall will be transformed into a whimsical wonderland for a sober family festival.


Go down the rabbit hole and enter Xstatic Wonderland Festival. The Alice in Wonderland theme will transport you into another world where you'll meet an enchanting array of whimsical characters and entertainers. Expect next-level Mad Hatters Tea Party decor, epic performance art, theatrical surprises and fun games.

Xstatic Wonderland Festival is leading the way in the healthy party movement and is a completely sober event that will ensure you wake up with a smile, not a sore head.

Performance Stages

The Mad Hatter's Main Stage will be in Centennial Hall and will take you on a musical journey to raise the energy of the dance floor with everything from Reggae to House, the ’80s, Soul, Funk, and Techno to Bass, all to keep you expressing yourself, moving and dancing.

The whimsical Mushroom Stage will welcome you to Vestibule Hall showcasing an array of comedy, magic, poetry and musical performances.

Mad Hatters Main Stage

  • Aboriginal Dance performance by Ngambaa Dhalaay
  • Dance floor starters - Chelsea Mazzini and Hayley Melrose with a breathwork/Kundalini facilitation! 
  • Krystle Diola – Bringing the funk, soul and 80’s classics.
  • Doofercise - 80’s dance facilitation
  • True VibeNation – Horns, Bass and Vocals trio
  • Lauren Neko and friends – Classic house with vocals and live sax
  • Dave Winnel – His original house tunes and Remix Bangers
  • Closing drum circle from Sydney’s drumming communities.

Mushroom Stage

  • An eclectic mix of Comedians, Magicians, Poets and Musicians:
  • Marty Bright - Comedian and Host
  • Gabzak - Multi-faceted DJ and loop performance
  • Sydney Sicilian Ensemble - One fun band!
  • Sugargob - Multi Instrumentalist
  • Bannister - Magician and Illusionist!
  • Word Flow Poetry - a host of poets: Nathan Starchild, Adara Enthaler, Alisdair Carter, Lou Steer, Peter Roads, Daniel Prior
  • Xstatic LOL’s - a host of comedians: David Boyle, Michael Kanowski, Martina Lascialanda, Jacinta Gregory
  • The Jerk in the Box - Clown duo
  • Papa Fire (DA Carter) - MC and loop master
Don't forget to dress up as prizes will be going for best dressed, the more sparkle, the better.


Note: Tickets include some savoury and sweet treats, and there’ll be a complimentary alcohol-free cocktail or beer for those that arrive before the Welcome to Country at 2.30 pm.
