Get ready to rock your mudra and get your om on... World Meditation Day will be spreading zen across the planet on Friday 21 May 2021 and there will be a complimentary group class at sunrise in the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden Sydney.

Hosted by KAAIAA, the world's first training program to go beyond just the physical self, Sydneysiders are invited to get lifted, raise their vibration and boost the collective consciousness of their city.

Created by Australian Leah Simmons, KAAIAA trains across the 4 Pillars of Health - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual - to support, strengthen and enhance every aspect of your life. One key component of KAAIAA classes is a guided meditation, as well as breathwork, mat work and an integration technique.

Bring your own mat (plus bolster, cushion or block if you like) and a bottle of water.

The class is FREE but bookings are required. Donations will go to the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney to further the discovery, documentation and conservation of plant life.
