There is lots to do at EQ during the winter holidays. The beauty of Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park is that everything is contained in one airy, safe precinct with lots of parking nearby. There are many food and entertainment options all just a short stroll from each other. It is a great, easy solution for the school holidays.

HyperKarting

Experience the thrill and speed of go-cart racing without the toxic fumes and deafening noise. Hyper Karts are electric, made with German precision. They’re safe, fast and lots of fun. The track is 410m long, imitates a real Formula 1 course, and is located on Level 5 of the EQ carpark. It’s suitable for adults aged 12 and over, and there’s a mini version for kids aged 3-12.

Hoyts EQ

For a first class film-going experience come to the state-of-the-art Hoyts cinemas at EQ. Twelve theatres showing the latest releases as well as classic favourites; wide, plush recliner seats with plenty of leg room; motion recliners that move with the on-screen action.

Strike Bowling

A great venue for burning off excess energy and having some competitive fun. Multi-million dollar laser tag arena, mind-boggling escape room, uninhibited karaoke, and eight colour, light and music filled bowling lanes.

B Lucky & Sons

Plaster Funtime

Young ones can do what they love best: be creative and get their hands into icky sticky stuff. Kids can choose from a range of cute plaster statues to paint and take home; or they can make a batch of non-toxic coloured/glittery/crunchy/fluffy slime. Parties and packages with snack options available. Special slime workshops available during school holidays.

Off-Piste

How about a session of skiing or snow-boarding without having to drive for hours, hire expensive equipment, and deal with actual cold, wet, snow? These high tech simulators realistically recreate the feel and motion of skiing while keeping you safe and dry. Visuals on a big screen help complete the illusion. Perfect for practice, learning, or just for the buzz.
