McDonald’s Bathurst Ice Rink

Glide into the frosty magic of Winter in Bathurst at The Greens on William, where the iconic McDonald’s Bathurst Ice Rink takes centre stage! Open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, skate under the stars or the winter sun in the heart of the festival. With themed dress-up sessions, family-friendly kids days, and a special inclusive all abilities day, there’s fun for everyone. Sessions run hourly and last 40 minutes. It's a chilly thrill you won't want to miss.

Brew & Bite Opening Weekend 

Kick off Winter in Bathurst with a flavour-packed bang at the ultimate opening weekend celebration! On Friday 4 & Saturday 5 July, Brew & Bite will be a winter-warming hub of steaming hot drinks, mouth-watering eats from your favourite local food vendors, and an electric winter vibe. With twinkling lights, fun for the kids, and all the cozy feels, it’s the perfect place to grab a bite and soak up the festival spirit.

There will also be a Brew & Bites closing weekend celebration on Friday 18 & Saturday 19 July with kids' amusements, live entertainment, and twinkling lights, to toast to a season well spent and farewell the festival with flavour and fun. 

Kids Day

Calling all little adventurers! On Tuesday 8 & Tuesday 15 July, it's Kids Day at Winter in Bathurst! From cuddly farm animals and hands-on arts & crafts to thrilling amusement rides and ice rink fun, this magical winter playground is bursting with non-stop entertainment made just for kids. Wander through market stalls packed with sweet treats and fun surprises, and discover a world of wonder and play.  Don’t miss this frosty fun-fest!

All Abilities Day

All Abilities Day on Wednesday 9 July will be a celebration of inclusion, connection, and fun where everyone is welcome to skate, play, and explore. The ice rink and activities will be specially tailored to create a safe, supportive space for all ages and abilities, with sensory-friendly sessions and accessible facilities to make sure no one misses out on the fun. Come dressed as your favourite superhero for a heartwarming day of wintery joy.
