Drop in Activity Centre - Games of Yesteryear theme

Hop into some fab fun from the past with games and activities from yesteryear. Discover the delights of quoits, hopscotch, peg dolls, board games and more…who knew you could have so much fun without a device! All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult

FREE Kids Tour

Gleaming galleries, wonderous wares and countless curiosities abound on our kids tour around the Mitchell Library. Get up close to rarely seen collection items as you get to know the stories contained within these walls. Something for everyone – not to be missed! All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult

Belinda Murrell Writing Workshop

Create your own adventurous plots, vivid settings and characters who leap off the page while you try out all sorts of ideas from Belinda’s writing toolbox and kickstart your next story writing adventure.
