Westpac OpenAir Cinema is Back in Sydney for Summer
Sydney’s most sought-after open-air cinema event, Westpac OpenAir has unveiled an epic lineup of films for its summer season with a reimagined Covid-safe experience ready to grace Mrs Macquaries Point with its presence until February 2022.
Westpac OpenAir Cinema on Sydney Harbour
The 2022 OpenAir program will feature an extraordinary line-up of premier movies and preview screenings from international film festival winners to some favourite classics on the big screen including King Richard, Don't Look Up, Spencer, House of Gucci, No Time To Die, The Duke, The Matrix Resurrections and more, all confirmed in the line-up along with a selection of the year’s most talked-about films.
To ensure guests have a safe and relaxing experience, this year’s Westpac OpenAir will include physically-distanced director and deck chair seating in place of a grandstand, plus there'll be hand-sanitiser stations, increased cleaning measures and contactless payment, with online bookings only.
"And what about the food?!", we hear you cry! Well, the reimagined Covid-safe alfresco seating will be complemented by ready-to-collect gourmet picnic hampers curated by the award-winning Kitchen by Mike restaurant from acclaimed chef, Mike McEnearney. Delicious!
