The Norton Street Italian Festa

One of Australia’s largest annual street festivals takes place in the heart of Sydney’s ‘Little Italy,’ offering a vibrant mix of entertainment, cooking demonstrations, delicious food, drinks, and community activities.

The Norton Street Italian Festa hosts more than 180,000 visitors each year. This fun, family-friendly day out has something special for everyone, with free entry for all.

The Norton Street Italian Festa is a family-friendly gathering where culturally rich locals and visitors from across Sydney, of all ages and backgrounds, come together. Supported by Inner West Council and other generous partners, the festival features carnival rides, jumping castles, animal farms, face painting, street performers, and pony rides for the kids.

Enjoy live entertainment, concerts, dancing, and free cooking demonstrations by top Italian professional chefs, along with the best local Italian Nonnas. With hundreds of stallholders showcasing and selling unique products, as well as food, coffee, and gelato that are simply irresistible, this event is not to be missed!
