The Great Artist Market is Coming to Manly Wharf

The Great Artist Market is making its debut at Manly Wharf, bringing together more than 40 local artists, free kids workshops and live entertainment for a vibrant, family-friendly day out.

Set right on the waterfront, this free event is a fun day for families to explore handmade art, meet local makers and soak up a relaxed, creative atmosphere on the oceanfront deck.

The Great Artist Market is Coming to Manly Wharf

Sydney’s creative scene is popping up by the harbour, and families are invited to celebrate the very first Sydney edition of The Great Artist Market. Taking over Manly Wharf for one vibrant day, this waterfront market brings together more than 40 local artists and makers for a colourful day out.

Spreading indoors and outdoors, the lineup features a mix of emerging and established creatives from across Sydney and the Northern Beaches, showcasing everything from bold paintings and playful ceramics to handmade jewellery and design-led homewares. Chat directly with artists, hear the stories behind their work and maybe even find a special handmade treasure to take home.

Kids can roll up their sleeves and get involved with free PasteUp! workshops, where little artists can experiment with colour, collage and creativity. 

Live entertainment will keep the vibes coming throughout the day, family-friendly food and drink options are on hand, and you'll have those iconic Manly views as your backdrop.

Introduce your kids to creativity in a fun, hands-on way, and discover a market full of bespoke and mindfully made items while supporting local artists.
