Sydney WorldPride 2023

Easily one of the biggest and most colourful festivals of the Sydney social calendar, the Mardi Gras festival we know and love will once again shine a global spotlight on LGBTQUIA+ lives, culture, communities and creativity, but this time with a difference. 

Sydney was chosen by InterPride members to be the host of WorldPride in 2023, marking the first time a city in the southern hemisphere has been chosen. Sydney WorldPride will incorporate all the beloved Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras events, plus a broad festival offering across arts, sport, theatre, concerts, parties, First Nations programming and a human rights conference.

There are plenty of family-friendly activities and events on offer, so bring the whole family to the city for a festival they'll never forget.
