Do you have a child who loves the natural world and the creatures on it? Or want to explain why it's so important to look after these precious creatures and their habitat?

ARC brings to the stage stories of fragility and beauty. It is a brand new work that presents a rare opportunity to meditate amidst the hustle and bustle of a careless world.

Supporting young voices to speak on matters that affect their world

Showcasing exquisite puppetry, an enigmatic host, audience interaction, an array of snow leopards, hammerhead sharks, microbats, elephants, ad infinitum, and more - ARC is a profound experience that embraces the natural world and the creatures that co-habit this place we call Earth.

ARC presents intimate, magical encounters with rare and vulnerable species, raising important questions about our collective and individual relationship with nature and loss. Renown as innovators of physical and visual theatre, for the past two decades, Erth’s body of work has explored the depths of the past.

ARC will be Erth's fifth presentation at Sydney Opera House, following successful seasons of Prehistoric World (2021), Dinosaur Zoo (2019), Prehistoric Aquarium (2017) and Dinosaur Zoo (2015). With ARC, they look unblinkingly to the future, as this menagerie of rare and exotic animals transforms the stage before your very eyes.
