Sunset20°North - a celebration of music, food and culture at Barangaroo Reserve.

Over twelve spectacular sunsets this February from Friday, 2 February to Sunday, 25 February 2018, Sunset20°N [sunset twenty degrees north] invite families to celebrate music, food and culture at Sydney's spectacular Barangaroo Reserve. And it’s free!

On Saturday and Sunday afternoons, families will love exploring the Grandmother Tree, a large-scale site-specific interactive artwork created by Lucy Simpson and Archrival, a not-for-profit architecture organisation. Live music performances from amazingly talented female artists from around Australia and DJ sets will have everyone up and dancing. (All the live music before 6pm is family friendly however we suggest parents listen to headline acts on Friday and Saturday nights to determine if the music is suitable for your children).

Sunset20°N is also a delicious food series, with each weekend showcasing a different female guest chef. Kids have their own yummy menu while adults will be treated to seasonal, local and delicious food curated by Claire Van Vuuren of Bloodwood Newtown.

Each weekend, Sunset20°North will offer free Aboriginal Cultural Workshops. Learn to weave, explore Aboriginal language, join in the creation of Aboriginal music or make possum skin art.
