The Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) has lots of exciting school holiday courses for kids and teens.
Taught by industry experts in AFTRS’ state-of-the-art studios, these courses are the perfect way to learn new skills, have fun, and make new friends! For kids (9-12 years), there’s Digi Animation, Make a Stop Motion Movie, Screen Acting, TV Presenting, Crash Crackle Crunch: Foley Sound and AFTRS Film Club. Courses for teens (13-17 years) include The Real Filmmaking Workshop, Blood & Guts Movie Makeup, Music for Film and TV, 3D Digital Character Design and HSC Video Intensive – a story and skill development workshop for emerging filmmakers tackling their HSC. These courses are always popular, so get in quick!
