Summer Fun & Thrills At Jamberoo Action Park

Enjoy a fun-filled day of thrills and spills this Summer at Jamberoo Action Park, just 10 minutes from Kiama and an hour south of Sydney.

Jamberoo is NSW's biggest family owned and operated water theme park and it will be open throughout the summer season until the end of April between 10am and 5pm.

Here’s what to check out on your next visit to this family-friendly tourist attraction, located an hour south of Sydney.

For the Little Kids

Billabong Beach: Watch the kids play in heated shallow pools and mini water slides, dodging jets of water from colourful, make-believe critters like Charlie the Croc, Percy the Pelican and Freddie Frog. The Settlers Shack is a real hit and like their own big aqua cubby house!

Outback Bay – Kiddies Cove: Splash in the shallows of Outback Bay! Make friends with the colourful marine creatures including a whale, dolphin and seahorses, or climb aboard a mini-replica of the SS Jamberoo!

Mushroom Pool: A bright and colourful pool with lots of splash-out fun! Ride the mini water slide or get soaked under the giant, colourful mushroom waterfall.

For Bigger Kids

Enjoy a range of waterslide rides such as The Perfect Storm, Funnel Web, The Taipan, Outback Bay and Surf Hill.

For the Whole Family

There is something for everyone at Jamberoo. On Saturday nights from 6pm throughout the summer holidays, the whole family will love relaxing on a sun lounger or floating about in a tube at Outback Bay, whilst watching a kids movie on the big screen. Dive-in movies are free on the day of entry admission paid*

For those wanting to stay dry, why not try some of the on-land activities at Jamberoo. There’s an entertaining, 18-hole mini-golf course that provides the perfect opportunity for some competitive family fun! If you’re more into heights, however, you can soar 500 metres up the mountain on Jamberoo’s very own chairlift and experience the breathtaking panorama of mountains to the sea. If you want to go fast though, you’ll love the bobsled—two tracks nearly 1 km each in length snake down the mountain where riders can reach high speeds and drink in incredible scenic views!
