Spring School Holiday Fun at Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan

School Holidays are back this Spring, join the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan for an exciting series of fun outdoor activities in the Gardens. There’s lots of creative and outdoor challenges on offer in the Gardens these holidays. So get the kids off their screen and join in this fabulous fun!

Bees, Butterflies and Bugs!

Kids will journey around the Gardens to learn about the special relationship between butterflies, bees, bugs and flowers. They’ll explore how flowers use colour, perfume and shapes to attract their invertebrate friends and even build their own miniature flower garden to attract their favourite buggy, buzzy buddy!

Where:  The Bowden Centre, Australian Botanic Garden
When:   6th & 7th October 2022, 10am - 11:30am or 12:30 - 2pm
Cost:     $18 per child | $16 Foundation and Friends Members Child. Bookings essential online.
Ages:     5yrs+ with and their families.

Garden Grubs

This full-day vacation care program is full of fun adventures in the Garden. Kids will spend the day exploring and participating in a range of creative and action based activities whilst connecting with nature!

The Garden is a fun, safe and nurturing environment and the perfect excuse for parents struggling with the constant family juggle or just looking for a day to themselves.  

Where:  The Bowden Centre, Australian Botanic Garden
When:   6 & 7 October 2022, Long day: 8:30am - 4:30pm and Standard Day: 9:00 - 3:30pm.
Cost:     Standard day: $90 per child /$81 Foundation and Friends member. Long day: $105 per child /$90 Foundation and Friends member. Receive 10% off when you order two tickets for siblings on the same day.
Ages:     6 - 12 years old.
