Beloved PAW Patrol favourites Marshall and Skye will be part of a meet and greet at Heroes HQ presented by Kinder Surprise. This FREE, family event on Thursday 2 October 2025, is designed to teach families about safety, teamwork, and the heroic work of first responders, with the help of Fire and Rescue NSW. Plus, get a first-hand look at Kinder Surprise’s exciting new collaboration with PAW Patrol’s beloved rescue pups.

Go on a pawsome and educational screen-free adventure these school holidays! Teaming up with Nickelodeon PAW Patrol and Fire and Rescue NSW, Kinder Surprise presents Heroes HQ, a one-day family event that blends fun, learning and action-packed activities to keep kids engaged while teaching vital safety skills.

This is your little one’s chance to meet real-life heroes alongside their favourite rescue pups, and discover how teamwork, bravery and fire safety go hand in hand.

Heroes HQ is packed with activities and moments your family will love:

• Meet & Greet PAW Patrol’s Marshall and Skye: Snap a photo with the rescue pups in their adventure gear
• Creative Arts & Crafts: Hands-on activities hosted by Kinder Surprise and PAW Patrol arts and crafts stations
• Climb Aboard Fire Trucks: Kids can explore real Fire and Rescue NSW vehicles
• Workshops with Firefighters: Learn life-saving fire safety skills in a fun and interactive way
• Goodie Bags & Surprises: A first look at Kinder Surprise’s brand-new PAW Patrol egg range and goodies to take home

Why Fire Safety Matters for Families

Did you know that in 2021, injuries to children during residential fires peaked at 44 cases? From 2020 to 2025, there were 178 total injuries among kids in Australia due to household fires. These statistics highlight just how critical it is to talk about fire safety early. Heroes HQ is all about empowering children with practical knowledge so they know what to do in an emergency.
