This year, Les Sculpture Refusees is bringing a new sculpture show to Manly's beloved Q Station, showcasing indoor sculptures to mirror how sculptors have been working during lockdown. Le Petit Salon de Sculptures is an artist-led event creating opportunities for artists to get sculptures shown.
The show brings Australian talent to the fore this year; re-reacquainting its audience with artists that have shown with LSR over the past two years but excitingly introduces a roster of Australia’s most cherished and respected sculptors - including Ron Robertson-Swann, David Horton and Harrie Fasher.
The show is being held once again at Manly's Q Station—with proprietor Glenn Piper championing the partnership with LSR, which has invigorated the historic parklands and transformed the site in a few short years into a sculpture park that plays host to what has become the must-see sculpture show on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
From October 15, wander along the sculpture trail and discover a gallery of over 30 indoor sculptures at the iconic heritage-listed hospital precinct!
Where: Q Station, 1 North Head Scenic Drive, Manly
When: October 15 2022 – November 7 2022, weekends only
