Mould: A Cheese Festival is a pungent celebration of Australian hand-made, artisan cheese across two delicious days in Sydney this May.

Following two sold-out events, Mould is back for a third year, presented by REVEL (responsible for cult wine event Pinot Palooza) in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese. The festival encourages cheese lovers to explore and appreciate the diverse goodness created by our talented dairy producers and connect with a passionate community of makers, growers and farmers.

From a crumbly cheddar to the creamiest camembert, there will be a huge range of cheeses to sample and purchase, plus a bar serving up a range of hand-picked wine, whisky, sake, beer and cider to wash it down with.

Alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will be a full food program featuring dishes from local cheesemongers. Cheese specialists will also be on hand offering expert advice plus there will be a line-up of conversations, demonstrations and classes throughout the weekend.

This is a COVID-safe event with limited capacity. There are 3 sessions to choose from and tickets include all cheese tastes and a wine glass to taste from and take home.
