As you step through the doors of this breathtaking heritage-listed ballroom, you'll find yourself immersed in the world of operatic splendour. Tickets include entertainment, high tea and a glass of sparkling.

Opera Goes to the Movies

Treat Mum on her special day with a luxurious event to remember! From the stunning chandeliers to the sparkling glass on arrival, Mum will be pampered from the moment she steps through the doors of this beautiful heritage-listed grand dining room.

Expect a unique experience to cherish with arias and ensembles from the world’s most adored operas brought to you in fully costumed splendour. Your favourite films and opera’s greatest hits. From The Ride of the Valkyries in Apocalypse Now to the Pearl Fishers Duet in Gallipoli or the Barcarolle in Life is Beautiful, the opera's heightened emotions and divine tunes have provided the soundtrack to some of film's most dramatic moments.

Join Opera Bites in the grandeur of this beautiful venue to explore some of opera's most sublime music as seen on the big screen. Early bookings are recommended as the last Mother's Day event completely sold out. The show run-time is 90 minutes with a substantial high tea served during the interval.
