Lion King Family Fundraiser

Opening Day family fundraiser screening of Disney’s THE LION KING with The Hayden Orpheum Cinema.  The cinema is donating all profits to OIC Cambodia, an organisation that aims to grow speech therapy in Cambodia.

In Cambodia, it is estimated that 600,000 people – approximately 1 in 25 need speech therapy, and yet there is not one single Cambodian Speech Therapist in the country, and services to help them are nearly non-existent. This means that hundreds and thousands of children cannot communicate with friends or family, go to school, or have potential jobs.

OIC’s goal is to establish sustainable speech therapy services in Cambodia that will improve the lives of children, families and communities, and in many cases save lives.
