The inaugural Horizontal Festival is set to take over Centennial Vineyards, Bowral, on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October 2025, with both day sessions and evening sessions on offer.

This immersive food, wine, and culture festival transforms the vineyard into a wonderland of themed zones.

Wander through the Sparkling Bar for bubbles and oysters, enjoy Italian-inspired bites in the Vineyard, or dive into masterclasses in the Rosé Room. Cheese lovers will adore the Cheese Den, while The Orchard offers cider, botanicals, vegan fare, and smooth tunes.

The Hops Garden brings craft beer and live DJs, the Barrel Room celebrates bold reds with a jazz vibe, and Sweet Pairings rounds things off with decadent desserts and wine matches.

Alongside incredible food and drink, expect live music, art installations, and plenty of atmosphere.
