Erth❜s Shark Dive: Live on Stage
Sydney families are about to get up close with some of the ocean's most misunderstood creatures, minus the actual danger. Erth's Shark Dive: Live on Stage lands at Carriageworks from 26 September to 3 October, bringing sharks, ancient sea creatures and everything in between to life through jaw-dropping puppetry.
A Giant Shark is Coming to Carriageworks, and Kids Will Be Face to Face With it
Erth is known for building massive, lifelike puppets that move and breathe in front of the audience, and Shark Dive puts that skill to full use. Be prepared for an up-close encounter with some of Australia's most iconic sharks alongside a cast of marine life spanning ancient ocean dwellers through to species swimming our coastlines today. The show runs for around 50 minutes with no interval, so it's a solid but manageable sit for younger kids.
For families who want to go all in, there's a Swim with the Sharks add-on after the main show. Kids can step inside a shark cage for a close-up moment with the production's Great White shark, grab a photo, and meet the cast. Spots are limited, and it's an extra $10 on top of your ticket.
