There are few things we love more than a high tea, apart from, of course, a THEMED high tea.
This Easter, the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney is inviting you to enter a fantastical world of colour, flavours, and make-believe at Anna Polyviou’s enchanted Easter Garden for a high tea to remember.
The menu boasts items like quiche, rice paper rolls, club cake, chocolate pots, a lemon meringue pie macaron and a ‘cracked egg’—consisting of mandarin POP, mascarpone creme and mango compote. Oh, and there will be sticky hot cross buns, too!
Take your garden seat and sip a sweet popcorn caramel martini, or for the young’uns, a rich egg hot choccy. You can sample this high tea for $75 per adult and $55 per child, with a range of options available if you wish to incorporate a cocktail or glass of champagne!
Easter Garden High Tea is available from 1 to 29 April at the Lobby Lounge, with a choice of 3 seatings: 11.00am - 12.45pm, 1.00pm - 3.00pm, and 3.15pm - 5.00pm.
