At Lotus Double Bay you will learn the skills behind mastering three different types of delicious dumplings:

  • Lamb Spring Rolls
  • Chicken and mushrooms Sui Mai
  • Crispy Prawn Wonton

During the popular Dumpling Masterclass, hosted by Lotus Double Bay’s resident dumpling expert and Head Chef, Chris Yan, you will indulge in your divine culinary creations along the way, as well as take the leftovers home to impress your family!

The fun Dumpling Masterclass includes everything you need for the dumpling-making experience, plus a complimentary Asian-inspired cocktail, a Lotus apron, printed recipe cards and a take-home dumpling-making kit with everything you need to recreate these signature dishes.
