Erina Fair is going green for sustainability from Saturday Saturday 24 August to Sunday 8 September 2019.
To encourage all Sydneysiders to live a more sustainable and green life, and following the success of last year's festival, The Patch will be back and better (and greener!) than ever. The purpose-built green garden oasis will be located in Erina Fair's Centre Court where families can join in on a series of interactive workshops geared towards living a more sustainable life and how this creed can improve your mind, body and soul.
Organic gardening, advice on living chemical-free, sustainable gardening workshops, beneficial bugs, a preloved clothing sale, and special appearances by dirtgirl and her Grubby Bucket Show, and Gardening Guru, Melissa King will be on the agenda at this family-friendly festival. Gardening experts from Mitre 10 will also be around to chat all things green, gardening, and sustainability from 9 am-5:30 pm weekdays and 10 am-5 pm on weekends.
Bring the kids along to catch dirtgirl and scrapboy of ABCKids Dirtgirlworld spin-off program Get Grubby TV as they host their singalong Grubby Bucket Show on Saturday 24 August that'll inspire them to learn and care more for their planet. Plus, they'll get a special gift at the end!
Anyone visiting The Patch has a chance to win great prizes including an Eglu Go Up Chicken Coop and five $500 Erina Fair Gift Cards.
