The Royal Oak Double Bay hosts its annual Degustation Dinner on Thursday 26 July, during its popular Christmas in July festivities. 

Embrace the best of winter cuisine and enjoy a five-course bespoke menu courtesy of Royal Oak Double Bay’s Executive Chef Michael Page, with matching wines and beers paired by Pernod Richard and Carlton United.

From 7pm guests will enjoy delicious dishes served in style alongside live entertainment, on The Royal Oaks ‘Phil’s Rooftop. The incredible meal orchestrated by Chef Michael Page includes duck pate croutons and crab blini alongside mouthwatering yellowfin tuna carpaccio as well as pork belly & scallops. The evening will also feature lamb duo and a chocolate plate. 

A curated drinks selection courtesy of Pernod Richard and Carlton United will also be served, tailored to each course in a perfect paring, with commentary from a leading wine expert throughout the evening.  

The all–inclusive food and drinks tickets are priced $75 and tables of all sizes are welcomed at the event.
