Christmas At Darling Harbour

We're finally out of lockdown and there is no better place to create festive memories with our family and friends than in Darling Harbour!

The Darling Harbour precinct will be buzzing day and night, offering the perfect place to celebrate Christmas in a COVID-safe way. 

To make it even better, the program is packed with (mostly free!) entertainment for the whole family to enjoy in the exciting weeks leading up to Christmas.

Sky Castle

The Sky Castle interactive light installation at Tumbalong Park by ENESS will allow you to walk through a rainbow formed by a cluster of inflatable arches, symbolising a freedom from isolation and clear skies after hard times. How great is that? 

Darling Harbour Christmas Festival

Tumbalong Park will be transformed into a Christmas-themed wonderland complete with food stalls and trucks, free kids activities, live music and dance performances and bubble machines for big blasts of extra fun! 

Join in the fun over two weekends, 11-12 and 18-19 December from 4pm - 9pm.

Christmas Themed Pedal Boats

Hire a pedal boat for up to two adults and two kids and see the Darling Harbour all decked out with festive lights and decorations from the water as you pedal between gigantic floating Christmas baubles. Boats cost $35 for 30 minutes and will be available from 3pm - 8pm on week days and 10am - 8pm on weekends.

 

Entertainment Galore

Check out the giant bauble, life size presents, interactive chalk arts, festive lights, Xmas dressing around the bay and more!

Darling Quarter will be offering 12 days of Yoga in December and there will be Light Tunnels at Darling Square.

Remember, you can also visit all your usual favourite attractions such as Merlin's SEA LIFE Sydney, WILD LIFE Sydney, Madame Tussauds Sydney and the Maritime Museum while you are there too!

Food and Drink Offers

A fun family day out isn't complete without delicious food and drink. The program is also packed with festival food and drink offers, many with outdoor dining/bar options.
