Chinese New Year Celebration Degustation At NuBambu
Celebrate Chinese New Year with a special 7-course degustation menu at NuBambu restaurant in Sydney's inner west on 8 February 2019.
NuBambu is a casual dining restaurant inspired by bold, fresh flavours. Their dishes originate from authentic dining experiences in Thailand, Vietnam, China and their Head Chef’s native homeland – Indonesia, making the most of Australia’s best produce.
Some of the highlights from the Celebration degustation menu include:
- Beef tartare - hand cut Cape Grim tenderloin, sturgeon caviar, smoked soy and seaweed
- Prosperity Toss Salad
- Mie Goreng with grilled prawn, stir fried fresh egg noodle, asparagus and black fungus
- Choc tart fondant with marshmallow, seasonal fruits and strawberry-raspberry sorbet
