Blacktown City Council Nursery Open Day

Green thumbs, take note! Blacktown City Council is hosting a special Nursery Open Day—your chance to collect your annual plant allocation if you’ve missed out during the week.

Held throughout the year, Nursery Open Days are a great opportunity for residents to visit the Blacktown City Council Nursery and select two free plants per property from a variety of native and exotic species. Knowledgeable nursery staff will be on-site to help you choose the perfect plants to suit your garden and growing conditions.

Here's what you need to know about these Nursery Open Days.

• Open to Blacktown City Council residents only – proof of residency is required (e.g. driver’s licence or rates notice).

• Limit of two plants per property per financial year (July–June).

• Collection is also allowed on behalf of others with written consent and proof of address.

• Multiple property owners may collect for each property (with proof) at the nursery only.

• Plants must be collected during the event hours (9 am–1 pm).
