Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) - July School Holidays 2019

Let Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) fire up the imaginations of the young performers in your life.

At ATYP we love drama. And acting. And comedy. So when we create our school holiday programs, we make them the best available in Sydney. Kids from Kindergarten to Yr 12 will spend a week of their holidays having a fantastic time making new friends, learning performance skills and at ATYP, they get to create a show-stopping performance for their family and friends at the end of the workshop. Our classes include acting, singing, movement, short-film making, comedy, circus and for our littlest participants some amazing imagination stretching.

For the Winter school holidays just around the corner, we have a brilliant line-up of drama workshops. Young people (Kindergarten to Year 6) can get lost in the world of Roald Dahl's, The Twits at Monkey Baa Theatre Company or jump behind the camera to create their very own YouTube Channel. Perhaps they could be inspired by our nation’s oldest stories, or stumble into an abandoned lab and get shrunken to the size of ants! The adventures start with their imagination!
