Willoughby Symphony Orchestra: Trombone Superstar

Looking for a magical way to introduce your kids to the world of music? Say hello to Trombone Superstar, a one-of-a-kind concert experience that’ll have little ears buzzing and big imaginations fired up!

Trombone Superstar Hits the High Note with the Willoughby Symphony Orchestra!

Led by Sydney’s very own Jonathon Ramsay, who went from local kid to playing with the Berlin Philharmonic (yep, the real deal), Willoughby Symphony Orchestra's Trombone Superstar is a special family concert designed to entertain, educate and inspire. Alongside Dr. Nicholas Milton AM and the talented Willoughby Symphony Orchestra, Ramsay will bring Nino Rota’s Trombone Concerto to life, while also showing off how brass instruments work and make their magical sounds.

It’s a fun, engaging way for kids to get up close to real musicians, learn something new, and fall in love with live performance.

All jazzed up, with face painting fun!

Bonus fun: Come before and stick around after the show for kid-friendly activities in the foyer, including face painting, arts and crafts, and musician meet and greets! Activities will occur between 1pm – 2pm and 3pm – 4pm.
