Melbourne is set to sparkle this October as the Victorian Festival of Diwali returns to Fed Square for its 20th year, celebrating the Festival of Lights in grand style.

Over two dazzling days, Fed Square will transform into a cultural playground filled with colour, music, dance and delicious food. Over two days, families are invited to immerse themselves in the rich traditions and contemporary celebrations of India.

Kids can get hands-on with craft activities, while the market bazaar will be brimming with handcrafted treasures, jewellery, and gifts. And of course, foodies can indulge in mouthwatering Indian street food along the Birrarung Marr Walk.

As the sun goes down, the magic continues with hundreds of sparkling lamps, multicultural performances, and a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the city skyline.
