Neighbourhood Earth is an intergalactic adventure unlike any other and it is returning to Melbourne Emporium on 10 September 2022 in the nick of time for the school holidays.

The award-winning exhibition combines science with cutting-edge technology to create a multi-sensory space discovery hub for explorers of all ages. Developed in conjunction with the US Space & Rocket Center and NASA’s George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, Neighbourhood Earth tells the story of space science and exploration as never seen before.

 

Full of striking visual effects and fun learning activities, Neighbourhood Earth combines a surround-sound cinema experience with a giant projection-mapped dome that transports visitors to space inside an epic, celestial environment, with a multi-sensory playground showcasing holographic information stations,  learning activities and games,  space artefacts, spacecraft models and astronaut suits.

This fascinating experience will thrill and inspire aspiring astronauts and devoted space junkies, so get ready for a memorable mission that will thrill your little spacefarers!
