The Myer Christmas Windows are an iconic holiday tradition that captures the spirit of Christmas for families across Victoria. It wouldn't be Christmas without stopping off and ogling at the iconic displays!

This year, the LEGO Group has teamed up with Myer to celebrate 70 years of Christmas window magic, transforming the legendary Bourke Street displays into A Playful LEGO Christmas Story.

Melbourne's Myer LEGO Christmas Windows 2025

Since 1955, these magical displays have transformed Myer storefronts into enchanting holiday scenes that delight visitors of all ages. Each year, the windows showcase a new, whimsical theme, often bringing beloved holiday stories or Australian tales to life with intricate puppetry, stunning animation, and dazzling artistry.

Held at Melbourne's flagship Bourke Street, these Christmas Windows have become must-visit displays, sparking awe and nostalgia in everyone who views them. Best of all, they're free to enjoy, making them the perfect addition to a festive day out for families.

A New LEGO Spin on a Melbourne Christmas Classic

This year, families are invited to follow a child’s letter to Santa as it makes its way from a Melbourne post office all the way to the North Pole, thanks to the help of one very mischievous LEGO elf. The entire journey has been crafted in LEGO bricks and narrated by LEGO Play Ambassador Hamish Blake.

Across six beautifully detailed windows, over 500,000 bricks and more than 400 minifigures bring Melbourne’s most famous festive tradition to life. Spot iconic Melbourne moments reimagined in LEGO form, including the MCG and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. 

Step Inside for More Festive Fun

Inside Myer Melbourne, The Basement will host the LEGO Christmas Playland until Christmas Eve, where kids can explore build zones, find fun photo moments, and even create a limited-edition LEGO Christmas Kangaroo. This special Make & Take is exclusive to Myer Melbourne, making it a unique keepsake for little builders.
