The (Very) Big Laugh Out: Free just rock up!

The (Very) Big Laugh Out

Kick things off with The (Very) Big Laugh Out, a lively series of FREE comedy showcases taking over Fed Square and City Square, with world-class street performers, musical comedy, physical gags and stand-up that lands with kids and grown-ups.

This crowd favourite is known for its energetic all-ages programming and massive line-ups, featuring Oliver Coleman, Claire Hooper, Dane Simpson, Otto & Astrid and many more! Even better, it is completely free, so you can simply turn up and join the laughter. The fun starts this Easter long weekend!

Comedy Club for Kids

For a ticketed experience packed with punchlines, Comedy Club for Kids delivers a high-energy showcase featuring some of the best kid-friendly performers around. Curated by the festival, the show blends stand-up, circus tricks, silly sketches and musical comedy into one fast-paced hour that keeps kids hooked from the first joke to the final bow.

Designed for ages 6 and up, it is a welcoming, feel-good space where silliness takes centre stage and every performer knows how to work a young crowd.
