Dino Days at Melbourne Museum

Wednesdays just got roar-some at Melbourne Museum! Little dino-lovers are officially invited to stomp, shuffle, and shake their way through Dino Days - a weekly celebration made just for early learners who can't get enough of the prehistoric world.

Dino Days at Melbourne Museum

Every Wednesday, the Museum transforms into a pint-sized Jurassic playground. Think dino discos where tiny feet can stomp like a Sauropod, adorable dress-ups (yes, you can absolutely borrow a dinosaur tail), cosy story times featuring Horridus and the Hidden Valley, and a soft-play zone filled with sensory fun for curious hands.

Kids can wriggle out of their "dino eggs", stretch up to nibble imaginary treetops, sway through ancient forests, and flap their wings like pint-sized pterosaurs. There are dino landscapes to wander through, gentle activities designed for little hands and big imaginations, and plenty of friendly experts ready to answer those very important dino questions.

If your mini palaeontologist lives and breathes dinosaurs, Dino Days is the midweek adventure they'll want to come back to again and again.
