Any child that has seen Finding Dory is familiar with the Marine Life Institute. Sea Life is Australia’s real-life answer to the marine underwater wonderland depicted in the movie. As soon as you walk in, kids will delight in the Tidal Touchpool, where they can reach in and gently touch the starfish and other sea creatures. There are interactive Finding Dory and Octonauts themed exhibitions with photo opportunities, an indoor playground, marine tunnel with sharks, stingrays and loads more fascinating sea life, two daily presentations at Seal Island and so much more. Our personal favourite display is Jellyfish Kingdom. The lighting, the interactive floor display and the enthralling way these delightful creatures move will have you captivated. Sea Life comes in at one of the most reasonably priced attractions. Discounts apply to annual pass holders, making value for money exceptional.
ellaslist opinion: For a few extra bucks you can upgrade your day pass to include a behind-the-scenes tour to see how everything runs at Sea Life. Totally worth it!
