When you go rock climbing for the first time, be warned, you will feel it the next day. The beauty of rock climbing is, it’s the most fun form of exercise you can possibly do. Rock Sports facility caters to climbers of all ages and abilities. First timers can enjoy the bouldering wall that doesn’t require any rope and has mats to ensure a soft landing. For the more experienced, there 80 top rope routes to challenge all levels of climbers.
ellaslist opinion: When your kids build their confidence Rock Sports also coordinate outdoor climbs in Kangaroo Point and Mt Ngun Ngun in the Glasshouse Mountains, which are a lot of fun.
