vIf the New York Times is referring to an event as a “new cultural institution”, you know it’s going to be a good one. Held over four days at the Queensland Museum, the World Science Festival delves into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). It may not sound riveting, but it really is. Think bubbles, aliens, sea life and celebrity speakers. There will be incredible displays and interactive activities, ensuring the kids have so much fun, they won’t realise they’re learning.
ellaslist opinion: The festival is pram friendly and has pram stations available to park it up.
Where: Grey St & Melbourne Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101
When: 20 March – 24 March
Cost: Ticket prices start at $18.70 (early bird/concession) | $35 (early bird/adult)
