If you want to introduce your kids to the glorious world of festivals, this is the one to do it. Woodfordia is the landscape created by the hard-working team at Woodford Folk Festival, which may as well be a whole other country. The currency is happiness, creativity, joy and hugs. Woodford Folk Festival is so much more than music and an absolute delight for kids. There is an entire Children’s festival dedicated to big kids and little kids with activities, artists, bubbles, water play and so much more. They also have child minding services, so the parents can enjoy the grown-up festival.
ellaslist opinion: Be sure to pack wet weather gear and suitable clothing. It can get quite hot and stormy. Wouldn’t be a festival without the token gum boot.
