Is your little one in need of a fun playgroup in Brisbane? The State Library of Queensland is your new social director with their weekly Play Time in the Corner sessions.

Suited to babies, toddlers and preschoolers, Play Time in the Corner takes place every day and is the perfect outing for kids to interact, have fun, and learn new things, plus it gives parents the perfect excuse to meet and interact with adults for a change!

From dress-ups and puppets, cool construction kits and sensory toys, the Play Time in the Corner sessions have been specially designed to inspire children (and babies!) of all ages to explore their senses, come up with games and get creative. Step away from your regular routine and the distractions of home into a space just for you and your family or invite your friends for a special play date.

Play Time in the Corner's open-ended play sessions take place daily from 11 am to 12:15 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 11.15 am on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Bookings for Play Time in the Corner are released two weeks at a time, so make sure you book via the website before you visit.
