HOTA, Home of the Arts is proud to announce entries are now open for the Young Crop Photography Award to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Josephine Ulrick and Win Schubert Photography Award.
Entry is free and young photographers aged 5 – 17 from all over Australia are encouraged to explore their surroundings and share their unique perspectives. The Young Crop Photography Award is open theme, which extends creative freedom to young photographers to respond based on their individual artistic preference.
An exhibition of the finalists’ photographs will be printed and presented at HOTA Gallery between 17 September 2022 to 8 January 2023. With a winner in each category and age category commendations, the young photographers will share in a prize pool valued at $2,000.

Key Dates
Entries Open: Wednesday 22 June 2022
Entries Close: 5pm Monday 25 July 2022
Finalists Advised: on or around Friday 29 July 2022
Exhibition Dates: 17 September 2022 – 8 January 2023
