Disney: The Magic of Animation

More than 500, rarely seen, original Disney artworks are coming to Brisbane for the first time ever and you'll be able to see them up close!

100 years of Disney animation will be on display at this not-to-be-missed exhibition. Disney: The Magic of Animation is one of the most exciting exhibitions coming to Brisbane in 2022 and will be on display for all Disney fans (young and old!) until January 2023.

Disney: The Magic of Animation is coming to the Queensland Museum on 24 June 2022. Visitors to Disney: The Magic of Animation will get to witness a colourful masterpiece of Disney history, with paintings, sketches and concept art from films such as Fantasia, Frozen and the newest release Raya and the Last Dragon.

Disney: The Magic of Animation exhibition will focus on Disney's beloved characters throughout the studio's 100-year history and some of the pieces date all the way back to the 20s!
